2 tablets daily, without food.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet and should be combined with a healthy balanced lifestyle, on an adequate hypochaloric diet and a good level of physical activity. The maximum daily intake of synephrine shall not exceed 30mg/die, equivalent to 800mg of Citrus aurantium titrated at 4% in synephrine.
