Ashwaghanda (Withania somniphera Dunal. radix) dry extract tit. 1,5% withanolides, Tryptophan, Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Miller, semen) dry extract tit. 2% jujuboside, , Melatonin powder. Technological adjuvants: Maltodextrins, Sorbitol, Sodium bicarbonate, pregelatinized Starch, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Citric acid, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate. Sweeteners: Sucralose. Flavour.

Dissolve or swallow 1 tablet daily, shortly before bedtime.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet and should be combined with a healthy balanced lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or for extended periods, without seeking medical advice. The beneficial effect on sleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin before bedtime. Store the product in a cool dry place, away from heat sources.
