Magnesium contributes to the physiological energy metabolism to reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the electrolyte balance and to the proper muscular and psychological function for a normal function of the nervous system and for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Recommended use:
1 sachet daily to be diluted in a glass of water.
